How ordering works here, and what you can and can't rely on from this website.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Sujit's Feast & Treat website and to orders you send to the bakery through it. By using the site you accept them.

The website is not an ordering system

This website helps you put an order together and hands it to WhatsApp. It does not accept orders, take payment or confirm anything on the bakery's behalf.

Adding items to the cart does not reserve them or create an order.
Opening WhatsApp does not place an order. You must send the message yourself.
An order exists only once the bakery replies on WhatsApp to accept it, having confirmed availability, the final price and the delivery charge.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are indicative. Totals in the cart are estimates that may exclude delivery charges and any item marked as priced on request. The price that applies to your order is the one the bakery confirms on WhatsApp.

Custom cakes are quoted individually. Any figure shown in the custom cake builder is an estimate, never a confirmed quote.

Payment

There is no online payment on this website and no payment gateway is integrated. Payment is arranged directly between you and the bakery after your order is confirmed. Never enter card, UPI or bank details on this site — you will never be asked for them here.

Products and photographs

Cakes are handmade, so each one differs slightly. Photographs on this site show previous work or reference designs and are a guide to style rather than an exact representation of what you will receive.

Product availability, flavours and sizes may change. The bakery confirms what is actually available when you order.

Allergens

Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs and other allergens, so cross-contact cannot be ruled out. If you or your guests have an allergy, tell the bakery on WhatsApp before confirming your order. The bakery cannot accept responsibility for an allergy it was not told about.

Delivery

Delivery areas, charges, dates and time slots are covered in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates and slots selected at checkout are requests, not confirmed bookings.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate delivery details and a reachable mobile number.
Make sure any inscription, name or spelling you ask for is correct — it will be piped as you supply it.
Only send reference images you have the right to use. The bakery works from them as a guide and does not copy protected designs or branding.
Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Sujit's Feast & Treat unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limits

The website is provided as-is. The bakery does not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The specific jurisdiction should be confirmed by the owner before publication.
