How ordering works here, what we can confirm up front, and what the bakery settles with you on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Add cakes to your cart, fill in your delivery details at checkout, and tap “Place Order on WhatsApp”. That opens WhatsApp with your complete order written out. You send the message, and the bakery replies to confirm availability, the final price and the delivery charge. Your order isn't confirmed until the bakery replies.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with the bakery over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. There is no online payment on this website, so you never enter card or UPI details here.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Use the PIN code checker on the homepage or at checkout. If your PIN code isn't on the list yet, message us on WhatsApp — delivery coverage is still being finalised and we may still be able to help.
How much notice do you need for an order?
Lead times depend on the design, the size and how busy the kitchen is that week. Send your delivery date on WhatsApp and the bakery will confirm whether it can be made in time. Custom and tiered cakes generally need more notice than cakes from the catalogue.
What does a custom cake cost?
Custom cakes are priced per design, so the builder doesn't show a final price. Put your cake together, add it to the cart, and the bakery will quote you on WhatsApp. You can also tap “Request a quote” at any point in the builder.
Can I send a reference picture of the cake I want?
Yes, and it helps a great deal. The website can preview an image you choose but it cannot upload it, so please send your reference photograph in the WhatsApp chat right after your order message. The builder reminds you to do this.
Do you make eggless cakes?
Most designs can be made eggless — look for the “Eggless option” label on a product, or tick the eggless add-on in the custom cake builder. A few items can't be made eggless and are marked as such on their page.
Can you write a message on the cake?
Yes. Add your inscription in the custom cake builder, or mention it on WhatsApp when you send your order. Keep it short so it fits neatly on the cake.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message the bakery on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on how far along your cake is. See our cancellation and refund policy for the detail.
Do you cater for allergies?
Tell the bakery about any allergy on WhatsApp before you confirm your order. Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and eggs, so cross-contact cannot be ruled out.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Ask on WhatsApp. Collection arrangements are confirmed case by case.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — for office celebrations, events and large gatherings. Send the date, the quantity and any branding requirements on WhatsApp and the bakery will come back to you.
