Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver, how delivery is arranged, and what still gets confirmed on WhatsApp.

Draft policy — owner approval required. Delivery coverage, charges and lead times have not been confirmed by the bakery. Nothing on this page should be treated as a guarantee until the owner has reviewed and approved it.

Where we deliver

Sujit's Feast & Treat currently intends to deliver to the PIN codes listed below, in and around Andheri West and nearby areas, Mumbai. Coverage is being confirmed, and a PIN code appearing here does not guarantee that every address within it can be reached.

You can check your PIN code on the homepage, on any product page, in the custom cake builder, or at checkout. If your PIN code is not on the list, message the bakery on WhatsApp — delivery may still be possible by arrangement.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges have not been set on the website yet. Where a charge applies, the bakery will confirm the amount on WhatsApp before your order is made. The estimated total shown in your cart does not include delivery until a charge has been confirmed.

Delivery dates and time slots

At checkout you choose a delivery date and a preferred time slot. Both are requests. The bakery will confirm on WhatsApp whether your cake can be made and delivered in that window. Dates in the past cannot be selected.

Lead times vary with the design and how busy the kitchen is. Tiered, sculpted and hand-painted cakes generally need more notice than cakes from the ready-made collection. The website does not promise same-day delivery.

Receiving your order

  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed window, and that the mobile number you gave is reachable.
  • Give a landmark or building detail where it helps — it is often the difference between a cake arriving on time and arriving late.
  • Cakes are perishable. Please refrigerate them promptly unless the bakery tells you otherwise.
  • If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address is incorrect, the bakery will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange what happens next.

Delays

Traffic, weather and other conditions outside the bakery's control can affect delivery times. The bakery will keep you informed on WhatsApp if your delivery is running late.

Collection

Collection may be possible by arrangement. Ask on WhatsApp before you place your order.
